EUDR plot file: check and fix
Drop the geolocation file of your plots (CSV, KML or GeoJSON). You get the list of what would block the upload to the EUDR Information System, and a fixed GeoJSON to download. No sign-up, no QGIS, and the file never leaves your computer: everything runs in your browser.
The regulation applies to large and medium operators from 30 December 2026, and to micro and small enterprises from 30 June 2027 (according to Coolset, updated 24 September 2026).

The rules applied
They come from the EUDR Information System documentation, “GeoJSON File Description”, read on 14 October 2026.
| Rule | What the tool does |
|---|---|
| WGS84 coordinates, longitude first, then latitude | Flags out-of-range coordinates; flags a point that falls outside the declared country, and says whether it falls inside once longitude and latitude are swapped |
| The system truncates to 6 decimals; two points that become identical are an error | Truncates to 6 decimals and removes duplicates |
| Closed ring: last point = first point | Closes the ring |
| Polygons with holes and self-intersecting boundaries are rejected | Removes holes (to be checked); flags self-intersections, to be redrawn |
| Point, Polygon, MultiPoint, MultiPolygon only | Rejects lines; splits MultiPoints |
| ProducerCountry as a 2-letter ISO code; Area as a number, in hectares | Upper-cases the code, adds the default country, converts Area to a number |
| Above 4 hectares a polygon is required; 25 MB per statement | Flags points declared above 4 ha, counts polygons under 4 ha and the file size |
What the tool does not do: it does not check deforestation-free status after 31 December 2020, nor legality of production, nor the upload itself. Area is a spherical estimate, within about 1%. Tool built with an AI agent; found an error? perennova@proton.me.
